Customer reviewsWhere do I start
We are the customer, a church school who uses this machine our 2nd BUNN, the first lasting 15 years for our staff lunch room. When we received this machine in October of 2017, the voltage switch was wrong for us. We called BUNN and they sent out a repair company who changed the setting quite fast. Fast forward to 22 months. All of a sudden the machine does not work. We call the repair company that came out previously. They come out and determine after MANY long phone calls to BUNN that the main board is bad and that it is still covered under the 2 year warranty. The BUNN certified repair company gets permission from BUNN to replace it. After 3 weeks of no coffee machine, the repair company replaces the board with one they have in stock. Now comes the discrepancies. Yes, BUNN has record of the call and yes they have a Case on record, but no, there was not a Warranty Claim issued. Four months later we receive an invoice from the repair company. BUNN refuses to pay them and they want us to pay for these repairs. After four weeks, seven phone calls, four BUNN reps and two promises to get to the bottom of the issue, we are still being dunned by the repair company and the coffee machine is broken again. Resolution, we are gong to buy a Keurig to replace the BUNN and pay the 358 charge to the repair company for something that was under warranty.
