Let me start by saying I m like most other people that seem to be looking to buy a Bunn coffee maker in that I ve used them for years. My previous maker made it 6 years. Manufactured in 2013 and went out 3 days ago it probably would have lasted longer but I have very hard water, never filtered it, and never cleaned the maker, NEVER.
