You can prepare your favorite tea.

Add a desired amount of water.
Choose your ground coffee or K-cup.
Press power button.
Enjoy hot coffee with perfect taste.
Fill the water tank with 12 table spoons of water and 3 table spoons of household scale remover. or use citric acid at a 3 ratio instead of professional scale remover, which can be bought at a pharmacy
Then close the lid, place a coffee cup on the drip tray, and press the power button to descale the machine. Empty and rinse cup after finishing. Pour about 8oz. of pure water into water tank and press Power Button to start rinsing process until the light turns off.
