Body is NOT Copper - It does NOT have grounded 3-prong plug as stated - NO warrantyThere is NO contact information for the company that makes the product inside the box or on the box- There is NO Warranty - I am concern that once I test the unit and I have an issue there is NO manufacturer to contact. Checked the barcode on the box and the company is in Hong Kong - How am I going to get service. The body is NOT Copper as claimed, see picture- Inside the instruction book it shows and say that This appliance has a grounded 3-prong plug the one supplied with the unit has No Ground plug, see picture -
