Warranty comes with an expensive catch - if you get a faulty product they CHARGE you to replace itWe have used this sparingly at most and have discovered the base is cracking its all the way through . Its never been abused and has made perhaps 15 smoothies I would guess We don t fill it up with ice we just put a small amount in the bottom.
