DIFFICULTI have been using the blending cup with easy all week. Today I decided to give the pitcher a try and my goodness it is ridiculously difficult. I spent thirty minutes researching how to set up the pitcher onto the motor base. I called customer service and spent another thirty minutes trying to figure it out since they have a ton of questions and waste twenty minutes gather information when all I wanted to know was the secret to making this pitcher attach correctly to the motor so I can make my blended drink. An hour later I still had no blended drink. Customer service was no help at all. I decided later to come back and try again myself via the process of elimination all the possible ways this could work after another twenty minutes I finally had it snapped on, what s the secret I still do not know since I have tried this same position several times but this time it worked. But then I absolutely could not take it off. I am so frustrated because I have thrown out all the packaging for a return and I cannot operate this without help of detaching the pitcher. Who knows what the food processor would be like. Great for the cup blender but that seems to be it.
